The platform also provides GIS mapping of the defect position for easy tracking. Contractors can then use the app-based rectification feature to submit updates with images, and the system automatically calculates the actual rectification time taken and any delays or reworks required. The defect resolution and reporting process is further enhanced by color-coded alerts and detailed recording of dates and images.
